Prof. Prakash Narain Tandon (born 13 August 1928) is a legendary Indian neuroscientist and neurosurgeon who radically transformed modern medical science by founding the Department of Neurosurgery at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, in 1965.
