Introduction

In keeping with the Vision and Mission of the Institute, the NBRC library and information services play a vital role in supporting research, teaching and learning activities and provide the main source for scientists, researchers, research associates, students and visitors. It is an automated open access library system, which is kept open all-year round. It is supervised by a library committee which ensures that the collections are kept up to date and new books requested by individual scientists are procured as soon as possible.

The library is meant to help scientific research, consultancy and to keep students and faculty abreast with the latest development in their field. The NBRC library is also an important source for students to access textbooks and other information regarding their curriculum as well as for their self-development.
